“I’ve worked for Nightingale for a while now and I’ve never had such a good experience in all my life. I come to work every day eager and willing to help with a huge smile on my face. I’m serious. My supervisor, Joseph, has created such a great environment to work in. There is a rare camaraderie among everyone here. Nightingale employees care about each other and we are like a family away from home for each other. This is definitely a fun place to work since we all get along so well with each other.

Joseph is a great person and not to mention he has one of the biggest hearts out of everyone I know. Not only does he care for his employees but he cares for his patients as if they were his own family. A patient’s care at Nightingale is second to none. He personally takes interest in every aspect and detail of every single patient. There is nobody who is more encouraging or who can bring more positivity to every situation, than he can. Joseph always makes the effort to celebrate every one of our birthdays by having a big luncheon and he treats me like a friend, not just another employee. He gets to know each of us and you can tell that he will be there for you if you need him.

Working here has been such a huge blessing. I’ve learned so much in such a short amount of time. I’ve learned that at Nightingale, the patient always comes first and that kind, patient, and competent clinicians and office staff with exceptional care are essential to our patients’ success in healing emotionally and physically.
